Reza is a dedicated engineer with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and decarbonization of the built space. His interest in buildings is rooted in his childhood memories of playing with his father’s construction drawings and blueprints.

Reza has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career by designing air-conditioning systems for residential buildings. He then quickly immersed himself in cutting-edge technologies and used his knowledge and experience to design efficient and sustainable thermal systems in the industry. His career branched into the startup world, where he played a pivotal role in developing automated energy modeling tools, earning him recognition by major venture capital firms.

Over the years, Reza's expertise expanded into building retrofit and decarbonization projects, where he has led various large-scale projects that implemented sustainable solutions for major commercial and institutional clients, helping them reach their energy and carbon goals.

When not at the office, Reza enjoys deadlifting, long bicycle rides, and testing his talent in music production.
