Terrance grew up in the Caribbean and has spent most of his adult life there. In 2022, he moved to Vancouver to pursue a Masters in High Performance Buildings at UBC. FirstLight turned out to be an ideal outlet for what he was learning in the program, giving him the flexibility to approach work in his own way.

Coming from a more practical HVAC contracting background in the Caribbean, Terrance enjoys evermore deeply understanding the solutions FirstLight proposes and the real-world impacts they have on the surrounding systems.
